Total ripoff!!! I’m writing on behalf of what a family member just informed me of your BS pre-op visit for a small very healthy puppy under 8 months $600?? And then going to charge another $875 for neutering?? Just spoke to my veterinarian his exact words “unnecessary for a pre-op “ Anybody reading this review… do your homework … pricing is utterly out of control. They overcharge for services and for medication and I will never go there again nor will I recommend any one to go there. They charged twice as much for the eye medication and I didnt know how much it was until the bill came. The lady at reception even seemed uncomfortable telling me the amount being that she knew they were scamming me. Ask prices for everything before it's done.
We can't put into words how thankful we are for All Creatures. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the skilled doctors, every single one of them is top notch. Our corgi had a complicated emergency surgery by Dr. Gelfand & needed a lot of follow up care and medications. They were sure to get him right in each time he needed to come back for follow ups.
