I took Molly in for a respiration problem she was having, and after an endoscopy and tests, the diagnosis was still unclear. Dr's gave her a antibiotic which didn't improve her symptoms. I called and was told a vet would contact me. 2 days went by, no call. I call back, and later get an apologetic call from the owner. We were camping at the lake when our dog ripped his dewclaw and the quick was exposed. They squeezed us in the morning we called them and got him in and out in under an hour. We were about a week away from getting his vaccines from our normal vet. While we were there they called them and double checked what he needed and gave it to him there. Very reasonably priced too. We were expecting at least over $100 and it ended up being only $28.

Went and took my cat one Saturday. He spent the weekend and passed away sometime Friday. The diagnosis was tick fever. My was called about the sad new. She called me and asked if I could go by pay the bill and pickup the cat. I went and got cash because I didn't want to pay the 3% credit card fee. Then I showed up with the money I was then told she gave us the incorrect amount to pay. I had to go back to the bank in town and withdraw more money.
