I’ve been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy, but after a change in ownership I’m assuming a year ago, the quality of care has significantly declined. On one visit, my dog was given a vaccine without my consent, and she later had a reaction to it. This is extremely concerning. In addition, when blood work was done, it took over a week to receive results—and only after I called. The veterinarian effectively killed my dog. They were useless with every question I asked- it took 5 days later for an alternate veterinarian, to see my dog-give me a call and be completely flabbergasted himself that the news that my dog was fatally ill was not properly said to me, I ended up having to lose that dog 2 hours later, when he was running around playing just fine - by being put down at an emergency vet they recommended I go to-- I don't know about you, but if you love your dogs... go somewhere else. They were so very friendly and helpful! I called at least 5 different vets to see if they could service my new cockatiel; some told me they could and later told me no or continued a conversation just to tell me no, I was beyond annoyed. I just wanted a check up to make sure she was healthy and figure out more information about her. I called All Creatures and I spoke to Kalei and she was so sweet over the phone and in person as well as beyond helpful! I had a heartbreaking visit, I had taken my 12 year old dog in for euthanasia as she couldn’t stand or walk anymore and had Cushing disease. The vet entered and asked why I was throwing in the towel and she was only 12 he could do surgery on her legs and put her on a diet. She had absolutely no quality of life and was suffering. He had me crying and second guessing my decision that was already one of the most difficult I had to make. I know I did the right thing but his words still haunt me.
