The front office woman is extremely nice and the availability of appointments is good. However, I had to wait a while for the doctor to even arrive. The hazardous materials fee should be included in the cost of doing business, like janitorial services. Why would you visibly pass that on to the customer? $30 for a nail trim seems excessive, especially considering I spent hundreds of dollars the day I was there and will be spending thousands in the next week or so. I’ve been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy, but after a change in ownership I’m assuming a year ago, the quality of care has significantly declined. On one visit, my dog was given a vaccine without my consent, and she later had a reaction to it. This is extremely concerning. In addition, when blood work was done, it took over a week to receive results—and only after I called. The veterinarian effectively killed my dog. They were useless with every question I asked- it took 5 days later for an alternate veterinarian, to see my dog-give me a call and be completely flabbergasted himself that the news that my dog was fatally ill was not properly said to me, I ended up having to lose that dog 2 hours later, when he was running around playing just fine - by being put down at an emergency vet they recommended I go to-- I don't know about you, but if you love your dogs... go somewhere else.
