I have been visiting this clinic since more than 6 years and I love the service. Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Perez are excellent and so are their administrative staff. Very caring, exceptional service and reasonable pricing for the services they offer. I highly recommend this clinic for pets.

Initially, I took my dog Theo to All Creatures Great and Snall because he had gotten fleas. They have a $25 first visit special. They charged the $25 then added $125 for shot and meds. Then I was required to get a medicinal chew (through their pharmacy) for $80. All said and done $230. Paid with a debit card. Three weeks later, my terrier’s rectum prolapsed and was in pain. UPDATE: The clinic’s public response below is completely hypocritical and just for show. They publicly asked me to call and speak with the hospital manager to resolve this issue. I called, only to find out that the hospital manager is none other than Nicole Sterni, the exact same manager who was incredibly unhelpful in the first place. When I spoke to her, she double down on her attitude and told me there was absolutely no one else above her to speak with and that she is fully in charge.
