It takes two months to make an initial appointment. When we needed to reschedule we were told we would need to wait an additional two months (four months total from our initial request). This was not a practical solution for us. However, they still kept our $150 deposit. Our request to be on a cancellation list was not honored.
BEWARE. Relocating to Bay Area after 1st of the year. Had to reschedule appointment for 12/14 and told that she would only see a new patient until February, then any need for another visit would have to be done on the ONE DAY a month that she will be here until June. What if the problem isn't resolved by then? Maybe it will be, but if they had provided this information when I made the appointment and forked over a NON-REFUNDABLE $150 deposit, then I could've made a decision.
