Refused to see this tiny kitten we found that is literally having a seizure... Then every place they referred us refused to help it as well.
Avoid Dr. Branson at all costs! When my black lab Rambo was dying in 2009, I called All Creatures Animal Hospital to see if they could come to my house and put him down. Dr. Branson refused, saying I needed to bring him in for tests! Rambo lapsed into a coma and died later that day. I have never known such a lack of compassion for animals. This woman does not deserve to have a licensee to practice.
Over the last several years I've lived in Saint Joseph, MO, I have always received excellent service at All Creatures Animal Hospital. The staff are all very caring and friendly. Recently, our family had to say goodbye to our longtime companion and friend. Our little chihuahua was almost 18 years old. We had her since the day she was born and was a huge part of our lives.
