My wife and I have been using All Creatures for over 9 years and today there actions were deplorable. We currently travel 47 miles each way to take our 3 pets for care and as you might imagine have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them.We called at 11:40 to say we were running late for one of our dogs appointment and spoke with one of the vet techs and was informed as long as we were not more than 15 minutes past our Noon appointment we would still be seen.
