Very unprofessional and unorganized, the receptionist are rude and disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm and got there 9 minutes late and they canceled my entire appointment! When arriving after my 45 minute drive from Kentucky they said that I had canceled my own appointment, which was never true! The “technician” I was supposed to see was only working a half day and since arriving 9 minutes past my appointment time they canceled the whole visit!
