Idk who Gene is, but he must be long gone. They don't adhere to their own already irregular business hours, lab test results take up to a month, and they don't proactively provide the results when they do finally come in. 2 stars because the girls are kind and pleasant when they are actually open.
EXCEPTIONAL experience!! Gene went above and beyond to accommodate my questions and needs. I had such a genuine interaction and anytime I need a test of any kind, I plan to come back. I cannot recommend this place enough.
