Aniya is the kind lady I always speak with and boy is she a hoot ive always been taken well care of when I call in with concerns to the property. Definitly amazing employee there have been renting under all county for 3 years now and never been happier
Johnna is a terrific person. She is fair and honest yet tough when needed. Just talking to her you can see this in her. Property management is a difficult job at times. She handles everything with care and detailed attention.
Johnna has been absolutely amazing! She was referred to me when I was having a terrible experience with my previous property manager and there truly aren't words adequate enough to express my thanks to her! She goes above and beyond to take care of her owners and tenants and has the highest of integrity. I recommend her highly!! You won't be sorry!
I sincerely don’t know where I’d be as an investor without AC and Johnna! Johnna is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and a problem solver. I know that my investment is in safe hands; if you’re in the Cleveland area and you want a PM that takes care of your property like it’s your own….reach out to them. Johnna, and her team……top tier professionals! If I could give her 100 stars, I would. For reference, I’ve had experience with two other PM’s…never been as seamless and stress-free.
