10am appointment. Arrived 09:50. Nobody at reception desk. Sat and waited. 10am woman comes out asks who I am and instructs me to go on an app to fill in medical info. App doesn’t work correctly. At 10:30 I’m led into exam room to have my vitals taken. Computer system not working. Leaves room. Comes back at 10:55 to take my vitals. I have to leave by 11:05 for work. I have never had a doctor "break up" with me before. I was on my way to an appointment when my tire light came on, and then another tire's light came on for low pressure. I immediately called the doctor's office to alert them that I was having car trouble, and the nurse was so kind and helped reschedule for later in the month. Id been going to dr singh for 7 yrs. Really nice man. I had colonoscopy and a couple of couple of upper endoscopies. Everythinb good and never missed appointment. I finally missed one appointment and the woman on phone was so rude . I asked to reschedule and she told me he might nit even want me back after missing one appointment cause of emergency in 7 yrs. He has the best mature bedside manner! I was not scared with my procedure- He explains everything so clearly. The front desk really tries to go out of their way to accommodate with appointments. Good listeners ! Office needs an update it professional none the less. 🥰
