These guys fixed my garage door. I didn’t need a new one. They didn’t trying to sell me a new one. They actually did what was best for the customer. They showed up fast, on time and were priced reasonably. Great job. Thanks
Easy to call for help. Quickly resolved problem. Bought Garage door opener at home depot. Was called with 2 days. There was hardware was missing. I went back to HD picked up new opener. Ower had tech come back same day to install. I did not have to reschedule.
I was told they would be out for service today and they showed up bright and early to fix my 3 year old opener under warranty. What a great company. Thanks Brett and Tom for upholding the manufacturer warranty when it expired 2 years ago!
I was told they would be out for service today and they never called. We had to call them. They gave us the run around and said someone would be out in the afternoon. We got a call around 3:45 pm saying they wouldn't make it out today. This is after my wife missed a full day of work. The excuse I got "this is the service industry. These things happen." We are located in Wilmington, DE and made a service call due to a forklift damage on our industrial size roll up door. They showed up the next day and fixed the issue. Very Fast and efficient service and reasonable rates. Totally recommend to others. Thanks you guys!
