Called on a Friday, talked to a man about work I wanted done at my house (cameras / cat6 wiring). He said his low voltage guys were currently out but someone would call me to schedule. Weeks later, no one has called me yet. I get it, everyone is busy, but if you can’t even schedule a quote trip, how am I going to trust you with my business?

Horribly unprofessional. This company has been scheduled for weeks to come do a routine inspection of the electrical system at the apartment I live in. They just picked a time and assigned it to our unit. The time was really inconvenient for my roomate and I and we called weeks ago and asked to see if it could be rescheduled. I called Trace for help with a fire system that was having problems and he proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to help me out. He is very professional and I would highly recommend All County Electric!
