This company is not professional at all. Where do I get started the flatbed driver was good delivery showed up. I wish in never did. There product collapsed the second I picked up a precast drywell ring. It had no wire in the concrete it was still green concrete. Stay far away from them. They didn't offer to replace it and blamed it on me. I know what im doing. You company and your products and business ethics are crap.
Their delivery driver dropped about 15 bricks all over the public road, directly outside their store. i ran them over at 4:45am when you couldnt see a thing and destroyed one of my $1,000 car rims so bad it had a 6” hole in it and immediately went flat. brought this up to their head manager during business hours and he denied it all day long meanwhile the stacks of bricks were literally less than 5 feet from their fence- on lincoln ave.
