I give 2 stars because some the of the work they did on out motorhome was done well. FLuids and filters changed. We needed an alternator which they replaced. We were told they installed an "upgraded" alternator($899.00) which required them to alter the wiring and install a relay. We picked up the motorhome and left 2 days later. 3 hours into the trip we wanted to start the generator and it wouldn't start . Cindy we have talked in person and I apologize that we are unable to come to a resolution on this matter. At our shop we always stand behind any work that we do, our warranty is the longest in the industry and it is nationwide. As we discussed I talked to the generator technician twice that repaired your generator. He informed me after we worked on it you took it to a different shop and installed new house batteries that deal with the generator. There customer service is below par, after being without a vehicle for 13 days I was told to “Loose the attitude”. I had attitude because Dan lied to my face and I called him out on it... And because I hadn’t heard from them for eight days and came in asking questions because they wouldn’t return calls. I was promised my vehicle 4 times in 13 days! Each time I would come in because they said it was ready, when I get there I was told it wasn’t ready... 4TIMES!!!
