The owner, Mr. Williams, provided prompt, efficient, and reliable service when my washing machine stopped working. I was able to call his office and he fixed my machine within 24 hours! He was polite and professional. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again in the future!

Manufacturer of my refrigerator made an appointment for my appliance to be repaired by All County. Today, I received a call from Danielle at All County stating they could not come out on Sat. 8/6/16 due to being booked. Danielle pressed very hard for another day next week. Advised her not a good time. She kept asking for Monday, 8/08/16 and I refused. Line went silent and I learned call was dc'd. Called her back and she greeted me with a nasty attitude. Totally unprofessional company, and bad liers too. Made an appointment through Frigidaire with them yesterday. No call, no show and when I called at 4:48, it went straight to voicemail despite the claim that they are open until 5...guess someone wanted an early weekend? Then when I call this morning to see why no one showed up, the rude woman lied to me and said they didn't have anything for me in their system. I had a problem with my freezer door not closing completely on a bottom freezer french door frig by Frigidaire. The tech could not figure it out but the owner came out, Mr. Ron Williams, and determined I needed both door tracks replaced. This was not covered by my warranty but he did it for the cost of the parts, which cost about what I would have paid online but he charged no labor. They work great!!
All County Appliance Repair is a very unprofessional company. The owner (Ron) will not honor his word to follow through with getting your appliance repaired. I was assigned this company through my appliance warranty department. This is absolutely the worst repair company ever. My first service call with this company was on 10/2/2012.
