They don’t call back and don’t bother even getting back to American home shield with a response and held up my parents getting Working AC while my dad is on hospice! Would never call them for anything!
It's rare these days to find someone as honest, skilled, and hardworking as Ricky from All County AC. On a hot July 11th morning, when my AC went out—and as a heart patient unable to tolerate the heat – he arrived within an hour of my call. Ricky quickly diagnosed the issue and worked tirelessly in the hot attic to get the system running again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and his rates were very fair. Had to use our home warranty service due to our AC going out. Extremely good communicator came out quickly, fixed our problem, checked the temperature and was very informative in telling us what he was doing. Highly recommend!!!
This company was sent to my house through American Home Shield. The first red flag was that the worker never rung the door bell or knocked on the door, he attempted to open my locked glass door. Just because my glass door is open that is not an invite what so ever to just walking into my house, you do not just walk into somebodies house even if they are expecting you. My air conditioner stopped working on Monday, 23 June. I submitted the work order request at 6:11pm and received a call back at 6:28pm. Rick from All County Air completed a thorough check of the unit and explained the issue. He told me the signs to look for in the future to determine if the unit was malfunctioning. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Although he was on his way home for the day, he immediately answered the service call for which I am very appreciative with the high temperature.
