We have known Kathi For a long time . Kathi is the most helpful, and caring person in the travel business. Kathi and her staff really make your travel plans easy.
The service is good, but honestly the management is a bit snooty. When I was in I overheard the manager/owner telling an agent that she needed to stop wasting so much time on customers who were just booking airline tickets because they (the agency) didnt make much off the sale. She also explained to this agent that she shouldnt spend too much time with people who are shopping for vacation packages because there really wasnt any guarantee that they were going to return and purchase these packages.
