It is with regret that I give this company such a low review. They have been providing service to our home for many years. We had a daikin air con installed in 2018. It has been plagued with malfunction and breakdowns, resulting in the system needing re gassing in 2024. We were advised at the time that the unit is likely to not last. I had two employees who came in to do HydroChem Services for the ducted AC system in my unit. The cause of bad odour was gone after the service. However, I’m not satisfied with how the staff handled the cleaning solution at the kitchen, as it left a few patches that appeared bleached on the bench-top. According to admin staff, the employees aren’t required to wear disposable shoe covers over their work boots, so there were foot marks left everywhere in my unit. No apologies received after reporting the issues.
Josh and his team are very professional and provide good old fashioned service. I am so very grateful to them especially when my air conditioning suddenly died during some really hot days and my little old dog was panting from the heat in the middle of the night . I was so worried we would lose him as he’s in the fragile stages of life and Josh even picked up the new air conditioning unit and they had it installed within days of the old one dying.
