BCW is a great local company, Aspen at the front desk is always super friendly.
BCW competed the complete replacement of 22 windows in our circa 2000 house. The entire team was great to work with and did quality work. Highly recommend BCW if you are in the market for new windows or doors.
Great experience. We had two doors replaced. Both required a lot of extra work, like custom framing because we went with different sized doors for the new ones (both larger/taller). BCW handled everything and lined up contractors for the siding repair, drywall repair (tape and texture), new trim, and paint. We spoke with three other companies in town. Over the years we have had multiple windows, doors and patio work done. We know a superior company and we know a mediocre company. Boise Custom Windows is superior as measured by their attention to details and craftsmanship. Our installation team was led by Jason who is the consummate communicator and professional craftsman. I could not be happier with the whole process from in home sales presentation to the finished product. Their price for our Pella patio door was reasonable and competitive.
We love Boise Custome Windows. We got multiple bids for windows (whole house replacment) and Boise Custom Windows was really diligent in following up to help us understand the windows, what we would were getting, and how they would be put in (the other companies were not if they even followed up). We kept changing our minds on what we wanted and Taylor spent a lot of time walking through things with us until we were comfortable.
