The owner is super helpful and went out of his way to help me find a service company for my system.
The guy who answered the phone had no patience, when I asked a question he hung up on me and wouldn't answer afterwards. How do you run a business like that?????
Said he had 1HP motor in stock and would change pump while I waited, WRONG, does not stock new motors, told me to come back in a day or two. Wasted my time/ It's a little hole in the wall shop.
