This company use to be good when owned by ?Phil its previous owner. Unfortunately now tho they are very poor communicators and very poor with following up on their commitments. The office staff seem to have a disconnect to reality or are hindered by a disorganised system. My garage door is old and had weather and age as the cause of the fault. I get that repair work isn’t as motivating as new install but I don’t think that gives a company the right to ignore previous or future customers.

Absolutely amazing service. At our rental, the garage door failed and was stuck in the upright position. We explained our situation to All Coast Garage and they came to secure our property within hours even on their busy schedule! The technician was great and super helpful around the findings of how this occurred & the ladies in the office were lovely and accomodating. Keep up the good work. 🤝

The tradie they got to come to my house was vile, he pulled apart my garage, said I have a problem my building is not structurally sound. He refused to put my garage back together and just left me with nothing to secure my garage. I have called them and asked them to send someone else out to just make my door secure. I have to find someone different to help me. I am in a complex in Pacific Pines, the townhouse are new but built poorly. I have had garage door issues since moved in that was 3 years ago. I contacted a few companies shockingly no one got back to me. Finally I got reply from All coast garage doors and came on time, very friendly and got job done with no issues. I should’ve contacted them earlier or first. Thank you.

initially would of given 5 stars as they were very prompt in organising the repair but since the repair was done the door is not quite right, very clunky, jerky and noisier. have tried a few times to get someone out to correct the issue but still nothing. even called the office directly this morning and was told they would get back to me straight away. have not heard back from her either.
