Highly recommend. Reece and the team were amazing. Very happy with the service and new air conditioning.
We had a good experience last year when they serviced and cleaned our aircons and installed a condensate pump but this time we had a quite negative experience. We had to constantly chase them to make an appointment. They said they would call us but they didn't. Even worse, after making an appointment they didn't show up or even messaged or contacted us. We had enough and went with a different company which is much more reliable.
The support from the team is great. They are always friendly, attentive and helpful. Travis is excellent at his work, engaging and also a very good communicator. Kerry runs a great business. Thank you guys.
