Very disappointed. Was charged $155 for a call out fee only to have two young builders turn up that did not have any idea what they were doing. Used remote to enter a series of buttons to run test to tell them a fault code. Had to then research what fault code was and call their boss to understand fault. When explaining to me the issue was not able to actually tell me clearly what the fault or issue was just stated a series of vague explanations. This is the third air conditioner we currently have in our home that was provided by All Coast. We return our business to them as they are reliable and provide excellent customer service both with sales, installation and servicing. Our aircon gave up the new years eve rang all coast on the 2nd they were closed but phone diverted to Kerry who whilst on holidays took our details (others said it coul be upto 2 wks)and on the Monday first day back at work serviceman called and diagnosed problems and it was nearly as much to repair if the parts were available and no warranty new aircon installed that Friday the servicemen were very professional and courteous took the old away and cleaned up would recommend to anyone Thank you

We had the best experience with All Coast Air conditioning. Kerry came out and was really helpful and professional doing his quote as we wanted 4 installed in our home. Price was great so we decided to go ahead and a week later Reice and the boys came out on time and were fantastic. Really polite and friendly, very efficient and had them installed in hardly no time at all. We would easily recommend ACAC to anyone. Thanks again guys.
