This is a great company with a great team. They checked old air cond on a Friday and quoted me for a new one. They called the following Monday and then installed new air cond and took away the packaging and the old air cond. They left no mess at all and were super friendly. I highly recommend All Coast air cond.👍
Very disappointed. Was charged $155 for a call out fee only to have two young builders turn up that did not have any idea what they were doing. Used remote to enter a series of buttons to run test to tell them a fault code. Had to then research what fault code was and call their boss to understand fault. When explaining to me the issue was not able to actually tell me clearly what the fault or issue was just stated a series of vague explanations.
