This is my second time here for dna testing no one is ever here to open the place and my appointment on yesterday was at 12pm I was here at 11:30 and waiting until after 12 to go over to child support and report that no one was here to do the testing. Again I’m here waiting around to get this done. This is so unfair and child support will close a case as if I’m not responding when I am what do I do.
The worst place ever to get your labs done!!! The black woman who works here says that she is the receptionist and the doctor to do labs. I could not bring my child with me or even sit in the room while I pee in the cup. I explained to her I only had 24 hours left to get this done and still denied me to the point she told me to go down the block and ask strangers in different buildings to watch my child while I was seen.
