Jennifer was very helpful during the process of securing a unit. Moving in was easy and all the information I needed was provided at check in. I won't take a star away but I do wish the access hours for the climate control units were later than 6pm.
This is an in credibly well run establishment. The units are clean and the property well maintained. The staff is professional, personable and helpful. I would recommend them highly.
I have to praise Jennifer from the Lewes office. I have had a unit there for a couple years and had to rent another one short term. She was nothing but nice, helpful, and caring, I hung up feeling like we were friends for years. I love this storage company. I haven't had any issues with them. Clean , climate controlled etc. Jennifer was amazing!! Thats Jennifer ! You Rock!

I really enjoyed talking with Jennifer and Karen. I went in looking for a storage unit at a decent price. Jen was fantastic and found me the perfect size unit. I highly recommend this facility for storage. I can't say enough good things about it. There is easy access to your storage unit and great people to chat with. 5 stars 🌟 for sure. Darlene Calhoun
