Oscar was super responsive and followed up on my requests promptly after the initial installation of the ducted reverse cycle AC system. The team even went above and beyond by completely removing an old, unrelated flue from the old gas heating unit, replacing it with a spare roof tile, and perfectly sealing the sarking underneath with foil tape. Efficient, responsible, and highly recommended!
