Typical pool service in Lamorinda area. They send a low cost, unskilled 'tech' out to your house weekly who doesnt test water and randomly throws chemicals in the pool when its not clear. They also charge a ton for basic tasks like cutting a new solar cover to shape or doing a one time clean up of the pool. I recommend you look elsewhere for quality service.
Sold out to Leslie Pool, now there prices are super high and not the same great customer service that All Clear Pools had.
I can’t review this company based on their performance because we have never used their services. HOWEVER, we were sent an invoice for “June Monthly Pool Service” addressed to the previous owner of our home when we have owned the home for 6 months and have NEVER had our pool serviced by this company.
I don’t know who you have driving your company vehicles, but the first time I got cut off I chalked it up to traffic, but the second time where he almost made me rear end him with my children in the car was the last straw. Teach your staff how to drive. License plate number: 24184K2 so you know I’m not just making this up.
They are really helpful and knowledgeable on everything pool related. They take the time to go over with you everything to make sure you are happy.
