Work carried out very quickly. However extra work was carried out without my knowledge or approval. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the work, I was then lumped with a second invoice of almost $400 (almost a quarter of the original bill). A phone call would have been nice so I could have been made aware of and approve the extra work.
