I called Clearly Amazing to come out and clean my gutters and to give me their opinion on a drainage issue I was experiencing. They no-showed for the first appointment and then rescheduled. I called to let the person I'd talked to know I'd be gone for approximately 20 minutes during the appointment window and might miss the arrival of the crew, but that they could go ahead and start and I'd chat with them when I returned. We were quoted a price. He said (and it was verbal) you have windows and skylights. We received a quote and THEN the guys on site said it's $25 per skylight. We called Bruce and got nowhere. We paid the added $100. I had to tell the guys that the sills of the windows were not cleaned. They should be cleaned BEFORE the screens are reattached... We hired all-clean to clean our gutters. In December they arrived, went through the motions of cleaning half of the gutters they were hired to clean then sent us a bill for the entire project. They did come back, when questioned, but two months later our gutters were overflowing, because they had failed to properly power flush our downspouts. When called they stated their warranty was only for thirty days. I thought warren ties covered work completed, not work never done. I would never recommend this company to clean gutters
