Worst customer service ever! The attitude was horrible, asking questions that make no sense to customer to answer. Rude, arrogant, unprofessional customer service ever experienced!! Looks like getting all good reviews had changed their way of talking to customers! I won’t recommend this service if they can be rude to you on call just imagine what they can do to your work for carpet cleaning!!!!!
I was trying to get a quote for the services and wasn't able to get one. They decided not to take my business and accused me of not having any money. This is not a place to do business with if they are going to be treating people like this.
Poor customer service, very rude, unprofessional, and came off very impatient. I'd recommend going somewhere else that has decent communication skills.
