Did a great job on my carpet. Got some old stains out, likely dirt, maybe tea. White carpet looked new after the cleaning. Very responsive, arrived within an hour for an urgent request. Knowledgable, friendly, enthusiastic.

When I asked for a quote the response was “how much do you want to spend to get it done right?” Is this a business or not? Do you not have set prices? How unprofessional and predatory. I will take my business elsewhere to a company who does not try to squeeze the most money possible out of me.

I was blown away with the quality and service we received from Dewayne. When our regular carpet cleaner no called/no showed on the day of we were in a panic because we’d already moved furniture and made arrangements for the kids to be out of the house for the day. Dewayne was able to fit us in and did an amazing job. We opted for the “gold” package in which the carpet is essentially brushed first. The results were incredible. I had an appointment with them between 8 and 10 a.m. At 11:30, I sent a message to see if they were going to come,they told me their truck broke down and they could come between 4-6(if they available to fix) if not will be Monday or Tuesday. It doesn't seem fair to me because , I put everything on top of my furniture , I lifted everything so it would be easy for them to clean. And they tell me they can't.
