I used to have a townhouse in Los Altos, CA and i was moving out and desperately needed my carpets cleaned prior. Elegant Thread was exactly what I needed they made an appointment a couple of days later came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets even removed stains I wasn't expecting.
