We had a great experience with Jeff and Severin. They were great at communication, completely transparent, easy and quick with the paperwork and transaction process and went above and beyond with providing excellent customer service. We felt extremely attended to and taken care of. The trailer itself was in great condition and Armando the service tech did a great walk around showing and explaining all of the features as well as making sure we were safe to get on the road helping us hitch up.
