I came in to get my front driver side window replace and had a great experience. Their prices are way better than Safelite, I paid about half of what Safelite wanted to charge for the replacement. Their customer service is great too, the employees are all super polite and nice to talk to. The workmanship was great, and the window works well with no issues. The only change was that it didn't come tinted, which wasn't a big deal to me. I would highly recommend this place for any window repairs, and I will be coming back again ... read more

Brought my vehicle Have a regulator replaced with a regulator in hand. I was given an approximate price over the phone for one hour of Labor. Window mechanic opened up my door panel and saw that the window jumped off its railing. He fixed it and charged me half of what he quoted over the phone. Honest people, doing good work highly recommended. I took the regulator back to the parts house and got my money back

Took a rock hit on the freeway, leaving me with a windshield chip less than a month after buying my new Forester. Stephanie and the crew made the repair quickly and even submitted the insurance claim!
