A guy answered the phone and I was in the middle of explaining my reason for calling and seeking help. He didn’t let me finish and hung up mid call.
Atrocious customer service. I had to go by the place to pick up some important stuff and the instant I walked through the door I was hit by a foul odor. It smelled like something was dead. When I approached the person at the front, literally holding my nose, and asked "what died in here"? He just shrugged and said, "I ain't in charge, but if I was I'd give myself a raise cause they don't pay me enough for all this." When I gave him my info, he said they had no record of me. I turned and walked out.
