I recently purchased an All-Clad HA1 frying pan set direct from All-Clad which included a 12", 10" and 8" frying pan. While the 12" and 10" pans come with lids the 8" pan did not. In attempting to order an 8" lid from All-Clad all I got was a runaround. First, I was told All-Clad did not make an 8" lid but when I pointed out there are other All-Clad sets with 8" lids the customer service rep seemed flummoxed in other words clueless. Spent over $3000 on Copper Core Cookware, some of them stopped working on my induction stove, no warranty consideration, don't buy

In addition to the high cost of this cookware, you are committing to hand washing and using specialty cleaner for its lifetime. Despite years of this labor, the nonstick surface does not last for more than a few years before food preparation is adversely affected yet this issue is not supported under their “lifetime” warranty. Customer service used to be a big factor when purchasing, which is why we have a full set of copper core in addition to many supplemental pieces.
