Extremely unprofessional and rude during phone inquiry. Received one word answers they hung up after being extremely rude. Was simply asking about their water heater recycling program when told “go to a scrap yard” in a condescending tone. Will not be recommending to others.
We had a great experience with All City. Mike arrived promptly on the weekend and replaced our water heater, fixing all the mistakes made by the last company that installed the old one. We will definitely call All City again!
Fabulous service - got my pilot light re-lite with a simple phone call.
Couldn’t be happier!! Within just over an hour from when I called they were at my house ready to work. Father and son duo were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. As a contractor myself, their work was impeccable and fairly priced. The bill was exactly as I expected based on the estimate provided to me. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
My water tank started leaking on Sunday evening so I called one place and they said it would be 2 days so I called All City water heater and they said they would be able to come the next day I was happy to hear that. I was happy with their service and the work they did. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new water tank.
