We have been their customer for many years, and they have always been great with us. They know what to do and Colby is always within the appointment window he says he will be. I highly recommend them.

Always never on time and rarely know what they are doing. On of there lack of incompetence, they continually sexually harassed my wife. Cat call and a number of vulgar gestures. I told them to stop and threatened them. But they had my wife's phone number from setting up the job. And continued to harass I send harrasing sexual content to my wife. Do not purchase from this place, there are better options out there. I purchased an air switch for my hot tub. Their sales receipt says ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS. In red there is a box checked NO RETURNS ON ELEC PARTS, take heed they mean exactly what they say. Well the switch they sold me was DEFECTIVE and would not turn on the high speed pump, it was also a four year old switch. I called All City Pools and left a message and got no return call.
