A co-worker of mine book and paid a deposit only for these people to never show up and they never called. She didn't get her deposit back either! I am so sorry my co-worker had to deal with that, but I am so glad I know about her experience and dodged that bullet because I was going to call them for my own move. BEWARE! SCAMMERS!
I booked a labor only appointment and paid a deposit with this company and they didn’t show. I received numerous communications regarding my reservation however the day of the appointment, no one showed and did not try to contact me. I called and emailed the owner; the number nor emails were not valid. It was a very bad experience.
I made my reservation online and paid online. The movers did not show up. I tried to call, but the number was disconnected. I emailed and the email came back undeliverable. Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company and I had to pay for other movers. Do not hire this company.
This company was excellent and extremely efficient
very good job and on time. Finished before scheduled time. Recommended to all. All city movers all day!
