Takes money for job but then always cancels. You have to threaten to sue before money is given back. Does windows and does horrible job on caulking so it separates only 2 months later. horrible communication and takes advantage of senior citizens.

AWESOME, FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE! – ALL-City Glass Block installed my 11 basement windows last weekend. The entire crew was courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave us an excellent price and a lifetime guarantee. I like the fact that I was able to reach them by phone for an estimate when the other companies weren't even open. Terrible service, poor product – I had All City install a few glass block items for me and it was nearly impossible to get a phone call as to when the delivery was going to take place. When they did deliver, their truck leaked oil on my driveway and the two carrying the window complained and used porfane language when told they had to carry the window up stairs.
