They have been consistent in caring for our needs and communicating. After Hurricane Helene we lost power and our phones were forwarded for 2 weeks. They managed hundreds of calls for us without missing a beat. Very grateful to have had them during this disaster.
Do not waste your time working at this company! They do not care about their employees at all. They don’t care what you have going on outside of work, if you or your kids are sick. They don’t even care if you have a medical excuse. All City has the absolute worst customers, they are so rude and verbally abusive. It’s an absolute embarrassment the way they treat their employees. Based off all these reviews, I think you get the picture.
