This body shop goes above and beyond. Being in LA for work and getting into a car accident was stressful enough. The least stressful part of the entire ordeal was getting my car fixed. They fully handled dealing with the insurance companies, gave advice on a good rental car shop and walked me through the whole process. Their work is impeccable. Had a great experience with Jack at All City. Brought my Mercedes in for some expensive bumper repairs and he walked me through the whole process with my insurance company and made sure my car was ready for pickup within our agreed upon time frame. Car looks amazing post repair. Highly recommend.

I brought my car to this shop expecting an honest assessment of damage following a rear end accident. Instead, I was presented with inflated and misleading estimates that seemed aimed at having my car declared a total loss for their financial gain. Their estimate for repairs exceeded $18,000—suspiciously close to the car’s total value.
