Had a great experience with Jack at All City. Brought my Mercedes in for some expensive bumper repairs and he walked me through the whole process with my insurance company and made sure my car was ready for pickup within our agreed upon time frame. Car looks amazing post repair. Highly recommend.

I brought my car to this shop expecting an honest assessment of damage following a rear end accident. Instead, I was presented with inflated and misleading estimates that seemed aimed at having my car declared a total loss for their financial gain. Their estimate for repairs exceeded $18,000—suspiciously close to the car’s total value. Good service. Jack a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, giving good advice which helps us a lot. We fixed our car here after lightly bump a car at the parking lot. I am glad we came here. The color is matching great. We put a new fender, new bumper and new headlight at the car. I am glad to have my car back.
