My fiancé and I recently bought a home in Concord and reached out to All City Carpet Cleaning for a professional carpet and duct cleaning. Grant and his team were very responsive and professional throughout the process. Two workers came to handle the duct cleaning and were extremely polite, even offering us some helpful tips for home projects we’re planning. I don’t usually write reviews, but the carpet cleaning service I received definitely deserves five stars. From the first quote to the actual cleaning, I was always updated and all my questions were answered quickly. Brandon and Tanner showed up right on time, were very polite and professional, and did an amazing job on my carpets. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was. I strongly recommend their carpet cleaning services and will be calling them again. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I called All City Carpet Cleaning in the morning to schedule a couch cleaning, and Brandon was able to come out the same afternoon! He was very professional and friendly, explained the whole cleaning process, and made my really dirty couch look like new again. He also took care of the carpets and the area around my couch, working carefully and showing me the difference with some before and after spots. Tanner and his team did an excellent job drying and cleaning the carpet in my master bedroom after I had some water issues from the restroom. They arrived the same day with their equipment and were very clear and flexible about the pricing. I never felt like I was being overcharged. I called to set up an appointment and was able to get scheduled quickly. Brandon, the technician who helped me, really knew his stuff and explained everything about the carpet materials. We had a pretty big job that needed Scotchgard, and he took care of it smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend All City Carpet Cleaning—they are probably the best around. I’ve also used them before at my home in Concord for upholstery cleaning. Great job, looking forward to using them again for future projects!
