Terrible, this was a complete waste of my time and money. The guy showed up 2 minutes before the 3 hour window was up. He had an assistant to carry his tools which was a drop light in a bag. He didn't check anything, just said the washer needed a new pump motor. Had no parts in his personal van. Cost was going to be $400 and he have to come back in a day or two.
