Wow!! If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. I opened my claim through the Home Depot protection plan and Home Depot directed All City Appliance to repair my Samsung dryer. The service tech, Jeremiah, arrived on time and he called before hand. As I am asking questions and answering Jeremiah's questions about my dryer he all of a sudden picks up his tool bag and storms out of the house. I was like, what happened, what the heck?
