Alvaro has done work for me since the first time we met over 20 years ago. Whether it’s been a small job repairing a floor, or taking on all the responsibilities and challenges that come with the maintenance and janitorial work of a 69 unit property, Alvaro has proven time after time there is nothing he isn’t capable of doing, and doing it well. I can’t think of anyone better to call when I need something done than Alvaro. As soon as he takes the job it’s considered done.That’s a value you can’t put a price to.
