Discrimination against non vaxxed children hmmmmm seems weird to turn away health care to a child because it won’t get a vaccination for a disease that was eradicated in the 40s!!!!!!!! I would rather go somewhere that doesn’t push poisoning our children and gives you the choice instead of trying to make it for you. Disgusting absolutely disgusting.!!!
Putting 1 star makes me sad bc my children have had a variety of services at this building. We recently switched to general peds here as well. The doctors are wonderful. Very nice bedside and very smart. Unfortunately that is overshadowed by the horrid office staff/reception personnel. They are rude, slow, make up rules, and do not call back. Every appointment has to be "rescheduled" and never is left how it is supposed to be. Its difficult to get through their phone system and get an appointment. They will say they will cal... read more
They played games with me, possible with other patients. This is my story. I have health insurance for two daughters. It is Humana / Medicare. Recently I got an ID from Humana for the kids with the address of that facility. I went to schedule a visit because of skin rash. My first virst to the facility was visit on October 1. I shown them my insurance and that is the conversation with a lady on the front desk: "Oh, we are having a software update on our computers. Dr. Miller is fantastic! Awesome experince! The staff is friendly and kind and the office is very neat and clean.
