This place is awful. They can’t find an appointment for me until I’m well into my second trimester. How insane is that?
42 year old pregnant with 4th baby after 10 years. Call the office and the first appointment they give me is April 29th I would be 12 weeks by then, no biggie I know offices can be really busy. I go to a non diagnostic center to get a first look ultrasound at 7 weeks and I have an empty sac, no heartbeat. Call the office speak to the nurse who tells me they still have no appointments available and proceeds to says I should go back to the non diagnostic center in two weeks to get another ultrasound. I had a great experience! I was taken back on time and each staff I met was very pleasant. I’m not much of a small talk person so I enjoy doctors who are very much straight forward and to the point type of people which I feel like the doctor I saw was. I did not have any questions but she asked multiple times making sure I didn’t leave with any questions. Looking forward to my next visit with this team!
This review is not in regards to the doctor I saw. I have been trying to get into the office since July as an established patient with Dr. Taylor. I have been told by receptionists that my issues aren't "severe enough" to speak with Dr. Taylor about working me in for a "problem visit." I have been told to wait and see her for my annual in February. I have been trying to fight this decision, and my PCPs office has even gotten involved to get me an appointment.
