I can not recommend this company to anyone. We had a fridge break in a rental unit we own on 11/29, they were responsive and someone came out same day to fix it. They charged a lot (~$250) for the service call and the part which was a relay that cost only ~$15; however we happily paid it knowing there was a 1 year warranty on the part and the service. Was surprised to read a bad review as i had a great experience using them. Their staff (especially Tania) were great and accommodating and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process which was great. Would deferentially call again

It's hard to know where to begin expressing my frustration at All Chicago Appliance's lack of tenchnical knowledge and the unprofessional way they conducted themselves with my isssue. It's never fair to give a bad review without providing details, so this will be a long statement. Let me first mention that All Chicago used to be highly regarded.
