Called to check if they had a rear bumper and they said they had a clean, dent free bumper, and to my surprise it actually had no dents! They loaded it into my truck for me and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

They sold an untested alternator as new. Not refurbished. The alternator was bad of course.
Asked for the lowest price for a lift gate, then got told for free. I ended up calling later, just to get laughed at!
