Work in this lab is mediocre, but the customer service is worse. I used this lab because I wanted to try a lab in the area, the prices are very reasonable, but communication with the lab technician is atrocious. His wife takes care of the paperwork but trying to get a case done that is a little more technically challenging is impossible. He did see patients at the lab to do custom shading on anterior crowns but the shade was still off. He never came to the office to custom shade.
